• 24 Months verifiable housing payments (mortgage and/or rent)
• 2 years employment history in the same line of work
• No bankruptcy or foreclosure in the last 36 months
• No open judgments, charge-offs, or open collections within the last 24 months
• Assets must be verified for 90 days (bank deposits, etc)
